Pokémon HG/SS – Yellow Forest
Today, I recieved a text message from my really lame friends saying, “vivi theres a pokemon event for your pokewalker called pikachu forest oh and can you get me and ******** a pikachu with fly :) from this event”. Well, I had no clue what they were talking about considering how the text was horribly written, I have no interest in electric-type Pokémon (just water), and the fact I never check official websites after I purchase a video game (no use in dreaming a dream I’ve already reached).
Yellow Forest is filled with a horde of yellow rodents!
So, if any of you are like me – behind on Pokémon-related news and are blessed enough to have a Pokéwalker (tough break, R4 users) – then the Yellow Forest event might be news to you. Go to the official website to read the long instructions to get Yellow Forest, a route for your Pokéwalker that’s loaded with the most iconic Pokémon known to mankind under the age of 50, because everyone knows you absolutely have to catch a Pikachu. Why? Because Pikachu is super cute.

If you already knew this, consider this a reminder, because the offer ends this coming Wednesday, May 5th. Also note that you must have a Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.

You're absolutely right about Pikachu, it'd be dumb to take that kind of risk with Pikachu. Plus, a Pikachu with Surf is waaay cooler, but that's just me because I'm a surfer. The Pokewalker is pretty useful because you could lvl up your Pokemon during lecture/discussion when you can't get away with playing >:D I exercise & move around at uni/church a lot too, unfortunately… "orz
But I'm pretty much the opposite of you, I hate anything competitive DX You are one hella tough cookie !
yeah, surf makes the pikachu game a lot more viable. Pika still doesn't… do enough, even after that. Maybe if e light orb gave x2 STAB as well ^^;

I downloaded the Yellow Forest course a while back and I still have yet to find a Pikachu with Surf or Fly. I think you have to get at least 5,000 steps for any chance of finding one, and even then your chances are like, less than 10%. Eventually I'll give up and go onto another course…but I'll keep trying 'cause a Pikachu with Fly would be awesome (wonder how it would look on Pokemon Battle Revolution).

I'm a water pokemon fan, myself o/ My faves are fire, though. This reminds me that I really need to dig out my DS. Oh, you should see the proud pokewalker owners at my school XD
Pfeh, a Pikachu with fly is nothing but novelty. UnSTABbed flying move on what, a mixchu? Pikachu should be focusing on doing as much damage as possible before it dies, not juking opponents with inaccurate flying moves, there's always substitute for that. The pkwalker seems novelty as well; I'd just SAV them or barter online for those crazy IVd hatches people make instead of subjecting myself to exercise-
But of course, the Wifi-centric player would spout something like that. If I weren't always thinking of breakneck competition though, I guess flying Pikachu so easily obtainable would be pretty cool. Now I'm really curious as to how it would look on BR as well… (maybe they did animate balloons)
