Figure Spotlight: K-On!! Stuffed Animal Figures
It’s that time again for another figure spotlight folks so sit back, relax and feel free to glance over the many pictures taken in essence to capture these figures hidden potentials! Well alright, that was quite the hype than usual though how can Tofu not be hyped up for K-On!? For those who have seen K-On you’ll instantly remember where these animal costumes originated from will you not? Yes, they are the exact same anime costumes the girl band used in hope of gaining more members!
A funny thing about this collection is that I don’t really like it that much quality wise and I was quite disappointed by Wave. They definitely look gorgeous but the girls fall way too easily from little, accidental bumps. Not only that, the tied-up hair interchangeable pieces were poorly made by Wave as Mio’s hair falls off from the back (of course, this could just be Tofu picking out the short end of the stick here). The same goes for pamphlets which the girls are holding can be quite difficult to position on their hands so they won’t fall off. These negative aspects really do alter the amount of contentment you have for your figurines.
Also, Azusa’s foot was too lose and kept falling off if you ever picked it up which lead to me grabbing out the super glue. Luckily you can’t see any of the super glue content so Azusa now, looks perfectly fine. Like I’ve mentioned before, I could’ve gotten the short end of the stick but when dealing with a company you don’t know for the first time, it’s hard to really judge how great their quality of products are if I was to ever buy from Wave again. Other than that, take a look below for more pictures of these gorgeous yet fragile figures.

For some reason I was expecting real stuffed animals. But this is pretty sweet as well. The interchangeable parts are neat.
My recent post 2 Years of Blogging!
I've always liked this set, but been iffy on getting them. You might have just sold me though
really? I was actually thinking that I'd said quite a bit of negatives that it would make people do the opposite Junko XD
They're just freaking cute. I love simplistic figures, and they're kinda illustrative as well. Although, I'm currently spending ALL my money on the Cheerful Japan campaign.. whoops. (But really I just want Mugi and Yui. Mugi is queen and Yui with her widdle chicken wings, omg)
true true, oh wait, what's the Cheerful Japan campaign?
I think it's only a little bit cheaper if you get them as a whole but not much. You can snoop around the web for the separates ^^
nawwww cute~
I was thinking actual stuffed plushie animals from the title, but i like this better~
Well, they are cute and you cant deny that. A shame isn't made that well though. It does get annoying when they keep on breaking off and you feel like you're patching up glass when you put it together again… :(
Btw, posting about Animania so drop by my blog sometime~
Got a surprise for your k-on side coming soon too!! You probably already know though since I've been raving bout it non stop to everyone~ :P
