Weekly Art – Tatsuya Yuuki
Hello minna-san! I know it’s been a while since the last weekly art post but fear not! They are back once again and this time around I want to really, REALLY promote this special artist I found around the web. Tatsuya Yuuki is talented as you can see down below and has also done fan-work for several (not so?) well-known names like: DJ MAX (whether it’s the same as the guys who did Technika I’m not sure), kin-iro mosaic, Ragnarok Online, Touhou Project, Yuru Yuri and even a special Steins Gate.
I’m sure that we can all agree on how detailed his work is and as a picky person for great art – especially for background art – Yuuki does a great job in his backgrounds too! Of course he’s also done some original art himself which is also located down below and I must confess, I really love the white haired, blue eyes girl he mainly draws for his original (the one with the winter clothings and scarf surrounded by snow). I think you should say ‘fanwork’, not ‘artwork for’, because ‘artwork for’ makes it seem like the creators of Ragnarok, Yuru Yuri, Touhou, etc. commissioned him to draw art for their game/anime :v
And yep, these backgrounds are absolutely gorgeous. I’ve had that MoF Stage 6 pillar-sunset as my desktop picture for, what, two months now?
LOLS wow two months? ^^ I had it for… I think, 5 weeks max :P Well technically it's still artwork but yes I will change it ;D

But if you're talking about the sunset one (the last one) then it's under the category of DJ MAX which I'm clueless as towards the relationship between that picture and DJ MAX ^^ I hope I helped out a bit… sorry for being unknowlegable enough to answer your question in detail SM

Ah thank you Tofu-san :) And yes I was referring to the one with the girls and the clouds haha. The picture just really moved me for some reason ^^
ahahaha no worries it's just that it seemed dark so I wasn't sure about the "lighting being gorgeous" but it is a nice picture and scored itself a spot in my wallpaper list which takes a lot to get into and hard to stay in as well >:3
