I’m not sure what else to say besides THIS SHOW IS PERFECT because when a show is this awesome I just kind of start nitpicking on random things and start rambling on stuff even I don’t understand (e.g. last episode’s post lol… orz); let’s face it, there’s just no such thing as a perfect show, right? So let’s start nitpicking on things in this episode because there’s no way it can be perfect…

Sometimes I think that these bros might be a little too close...

Grrr, Mu-kun is too cute and funny. What the hell. STOP IT. The split hair thing is just too much…! And whenever he closes his eyes you can see extra eyelashes, where do they come from?  Maybe it’s Maybelline  The cuteness he emits, both as a child and an adult, whenever he makes faces or just acts as a giant derp just isn’t right! And the amount of Mutta’s butt in this episode!! I DID NOT ENJOY IT IN THE SLIGHTEST…

Okay, nitpicking over, I hope you guys know I was joking, I did in fact enjoy all of the butts in this episode. To be serious, there’s a lot more humor and situational challenges (tests) this time around, which is probably why I liked it a lot more than last episode’s, which was still good – I just wasn’t totally impressed or wowed by the loose-screw interview as others were. Can this possibly be one of those perfect anime series? Humor and Mutta is such a killer combo, it can make me tolerate and perhaps even enjoy the frequent derpy faces, wonky animation, and somewhat slow moments, like a girl writing in her diary… which was too cute! She is cute! I love her!! But she isn’t Mu-kun so I’ll stop talking about her.

I have a feeling that even though new characters have been introduced, every week my posts are going to end up as Mutta appreciation posts. “THIS WEEK, MU-CHAN’S BUTT.” Even though last week I mentioned balancing out the cast, Mutta is soooo cute, and his VA does a good job making him sound cute~ ossans are cute (●´∀｀●) The execution was perfect with the test scenes, the tests were pretty cool to watch, especially with Mu-chan. The other characters are cooltoo, I GUESS…

Seeing the other character’s strengths through the tests definitely added that uneasy feeling, even though our favorite protag is so close to achieving his dreams. Just a few more tests, Mu-chan, you can do eet! So far it seems safe to assume that Serika’s the top dog, though Back Comb Bro puts our fears at ease a little… but his counsel doesn’t help that much, and he’s probably high in the running too, what a modest guy! Mutta really is at a disadvantage right now, especially if the committee has the same thoughts as the Butt-Buddy Bullies.

Next time it seems like we’ll probably get to hear about how they they did on their interviews, and some more reflecting and motivating!! Can Mutta find his place next to – no, ahead of! – his little brother Hibito? I sure hope so!
