The introduction of Crikin and a mysterious dilemma

As much as the comedy failed to deliver, we can definitely conclude that Crikin is a drunk but an interesting one at that. His relationship with Hime would date back to the time she wasn’t a fugitive in the Accelerated World so there’s definitely a strong relationship between the two. What’s more intriguing is the un-named Beast Tamer (I call him Beat Tamer because he’s riding a dinosaur) we saw a glimpse of. Is there a reason for him to prevent an Accel community in Okinawa?

It’s Slender Man’s Dual Avatar!

Megumi’s secret

It finally hit me that the ‘Sailor Moon’ burst linker is actually Megumi, but how the hell is she hiding her avatar!? It’s like with Nomi – being able to keep yourself from being undetected. Sadly I knew her secret due to the Opening song (something studio’s need to be wary of). There’s no point in building up suspension if viewers already know who it is. Though Mana is an interesting character herself being a seer but due to the preview, I practically know what’s gonna happen (another thing studio’s need to be wary of). There’s no point to an Opening/Ending sequence or Preview if it’s just going to become a big, fat spoiler.

Rating: I’ve decided to give this episode 6 out of 10. I’m happy to see a side story that focuses on Kuroyukihime but like any start to a new arc, nothing much happens. The episode can be summed up with two words – ‘fanservice’ and ‘introductions’. My guess is that this side story will act as character development for those residing in Okinawa and would have hardly any relation to the main story (which seems to be postponed). Correct me if I’m wrong by all means guys. I’d love to hear what you all thought of episode 18.
