Figure Spotlight: Mio Akiyama (School Festival) Complete
Woo! Yeah! Alright! Way to go~! *ahem* I’m sorry, the reality of actually owning this particular Mio Akiyama figurine which is one of the few I’ve been seeking for 3 years (no joke) is still taking a while to hit me. But… wow! I love it sooo much! It’s such a beautiful complete figure, sculpted with care. The string on the bass guitar are actually real strings! Sure they’re not actually guitar strings but what I mean is, it’s not just a clear thin rod from top to bottom (It’s a shame that I’m a music student and I don’t know the instruments technical names). Unlike the Saber Summer figurine I last showcased a while back with the awkward long legs. Mio’s body proportions doesn’t feel out of place at all (props to the awesome guys at Alter for their continuous brilliant work). Alongside all the props, scalping and toning on the figurine, there’s absolutely no complaints I have whatsoever. It’s simply a breathless MUST HAVE item for Mio fans alike! Far… I’m so lucky~
